Great interview by Kevin Pang with Anthony Bourdain in the Trib's Cheap Eater thingie, but Bourdain stumbles in his comments about Jamie Oliver. Oliver is not doing "the difficult thing" or (as I think Bourdain used to say about Mario Batali and his emphasis on offal) "God's work," he's full of SELF-PROMOTING CHEESE. If Sandra Lee was doing Oliver's show, he'd trash it. Fat prejudice makes people stupid.
